Sandra Sanchez and Jesus del Moral Seminar

From one major event to another, Tokyo Olympics Gold Medalist for Karate (Kata) along with her coach/life partner led a series of intense high performance seminars at NOX Dojo. On the weekend of January 17th, 2025, Sandra Sanchez and Jesus del Moral, elevated the level of our athletes by years by sharing many of their winning principles. Coaches and athletes have much to reflect on as they were given information on micro and meso training cycles, tapering, plyometric training, balance, speed, and strength. Oh ya! Boy, lots of kata!!!!!!

On a personal level, I appreciated the love and passion for Karate that the couple exemplified. It was evident in their course delivery and during their performances. They reinforced the value for the love of the art over winning medals. Athletes from all over Ontario shared the tatami and bonded with athletes from Newfoundland and Columbia.
