Join us for the month of January when at every class (Kickboxing and Karate) we will attempt to accomplish 1000 of something. It could be kicks, punches, situps, reps, ……. whatever. Last year we limited it only to kicks. The year before, dojo collectively accomplished 750,000 kicks. You CAN do it.
