For the 3rd time, Andrew McAdam-Wong once again earns GOLD in the Karate Canada’s National Black Belt Championships. As part of Team Kata, he and his team mates Leirick and Leivin, demonstrated synchronized Kata and the creative application for each movement. Team Kata has become an athletic endeavour requiring timing, agility, speed, and power. Congratulations to everyone for a job well done.
